Nicole has been actively involved with Cinderella Dreams since 2010, initially through her membership with the Midlothian Junior Women’s Club. As a founding board member, she now serves as Secretary providing strategic leadership and oversight to further the organization’s mission of empowering young women.

Professionally, Nicole serves as a Solutions Manager at Allianz Partners, a global leader in travel and specialty insurance, where she focuses on delivering innovative service solutions.
She lives in Midlothian, Virginia, with her husband and two children. In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Ashley has been involved with Cinderella Dreams for 16 years, previously as a member of the Midlothian Junior Women’s Club and now as a founding board member of our Cinderella Dreams organization, where she serves as Treasurer.
Ashley is employed at Haleon, a consumer healthcare company, where she is the Director of Technical Operations and Strategy at the Richmond R&D site.

Professionally, Chrystal is a Director at AstraZeneca, leading oncology clinical research operations in the US. She is married with three children and an adorable French bulldog. She is an avid reader, thankful for family and fitness and enjoys watching her kids learn how to be kind humans.

She lives in Midlothian with her wife, their two sons, and two rescue dogs. In her free time, Cindy enjoys exercising, camping, and gardening.
